We deal with conveyancing of both freehold and leasehold property and we also purchase property under the right-to-buy legislation, for buy-to-let purposes, under the government's Help to Buy Scheme and for shared ownership. Property can either be held individually or in joint names. We also provide the full range of supporting services necessary for private property transactions, such as title adjustments, title upgrading, environmental reports, easements and transfer of property on death (Assent of Property).

Stamp Duty Land Tax is payable on all purchases of more than £125,000. The current rates for all property values are on a sliding scale. At completion all property purchased in England and Wales has to be registered with the Land Registry and the appropriate fee paid.
