Lease Extension
If the unexpired term of your lease is lower than 90 years you may want to consider a lease extension. If the unexpired term of your lease is too low, you may struggle to remortgage your property or to sell the property to a buyer who requires a mortgage.
We can steer you through either the statutory route which includes serving formal notice on your freeholder or the informal route which involves approaching the freeholder directly and agreeing terms without the service of notices.
