Aveley Conveyancing is a specialist property law firm offering conveyancing services in respect of residential land and property in England and Wales.
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and efficient service during what is an exciting but often stressful time. We offer calm and clear advice using the benefit of our expert knowledge, in order to guide and support you throughout your transaction. We strongly believe each case is unique, no client or property is the same, and so you can be sure of a bespoke service.
This is shown by the number of returning clients and the recommendations we receive. It is particularly rewarding to find out we have acted for different generations of the same family over the years.
While we have extensive local knowledge and an established client base in the community we are delighted to accept instructions on land and properties throughout England and Wales.
About us
Established in 2005, Aveley Conveyancing is based at The Granary, Hones Business Park in Farnham. Our offices provide a welcoming and relaxed environment where clients can meet with us in person and feel comfortable discussing their move. From our Farnham base, we act for clients across Surrey and the surrounding areas, offering clear, practical advice with a genuinely personal approach. Aveley Conveyancing also incorporates Michael J. Wey & Co., our long-established sister practice in Godalming, allowing us to combine local expertise with many years of experience.

Rachael Kaluza
Director and Licensed Conveyancer
Rachael joined the practice as a trainee in 2005 after graduating from Swansea University in 2004. In 2010, Rachael qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and became a Director of Michael J. Wey & Co and Aveley Conveyancing in 2014.
Charlotte Avens
Solicitor
Charlotte joined Aveley in 2025 and specialises in residential and commercial property transactions. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has extensive experience in property law, having built her career in the sector since 2006.
Adiba Rasoli-Tokhi
Solicitor
Adiba joined Michael J. Wey & Co in 2023 after previously working for many years at another firm in the South East and before that at a top London law firm. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016, Adiba has expertise in many different areas of law but now specialises in conveyancing and enjoys establishing strong relationships with clients and keeping the process as stress free as possible.
Claire Tomlinson
Licensed Conveyancer
Claire joined Michael J. Wey & Co in 2017 after building a wealth of experience working locally for many years after qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009.
Sarah Gardner
Chartered Legal Executive
Sarah joined Michael J. Wey & Co. in 2025 and comes with a wealth of experience in residential property. Prior to qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012, Sarah has worked mainly in residential conveyancing since 2001 in and around London and Surrey. Sarah also carries out commercial property work.
